This Covid19-focused symposium, hosted by SciLifeLab, will bring together scientists pushing the boundaries of drug discovery to find remedies for ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and future epidemics. We will hear about how basic research in drug discovery has been taken to clinical practice, get examples of ongoing clinical trials and increase our understanding of suitable animal models. The event will include a panel discussion with presenters about current challenges to find a drug for Covid-19.
