During this breakfast seminar, Tomas Lundqvist, Life Science Director of MAX IV will explore the opportunities for academic and industrial use of the brightest X-ray source in the world and what that means for researchers in Stockholm. Esko Oksanen who leads the NMX instrument at ESS will also present an array of different instruments that will be available at ESS, utilizing neutrons to probe biological systems and materials alike.
