Good governance makes a difference
Never before has there been more interest in governance issues than now. We believe it is a matter of increased awareness that good board work increases the company’s ability to do good business and create value growth. But perhaps just as much the focus has been on accountability, where the board has an explicit responsibility for what happens in the company. Negligence issues have dominated the headlines. Hopefully, more and more people realize that increased knowledge is the way to a better board life.
The training has been developed in collaboration with KFS, the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions, and is based on the latest findings on how boards should function to actively contribute to success and profitability and is focused on the conditions in which municipal companies live.
