What challenges does your company face when going public?

There is currently an unprecedented rush of IPOs and transactions both internationally and in Sweden. So far this year, 21 listings have been completed on Nasdaq Nordic and a further number are planned to be completed before the end of the year.

The underlying positive stock market trend is influenced by several macroeconomic factors and trends at both national and global level, the question is how long the positive climate can continue?

There are several different reasons why a company chooses to list on a stock exchange. This includes facilitating the raising of capital and providing exit opportunities for shareholders in both the short and long term. However, listing the company on a regulated exchange imposes a number of formal requirements which require investment of time and resources by the company. Often the preparations also take longer and place greater demands on the organization than the board and management had anticipated.

The seminar presents recent assessments of macroeconomic factors and trends. You will meet experts with practical experience in preparing and conducting IPOs, learn from the experience and lessons of a completed IPO and meet key people representing different parts of the value chain.

The seminar is primarily aimed at the management and board of directors of growth, development and portfolio companies and their owners.
