Sciety and SwedenBIO are organizing a seminar focusing on raising capital for unlisted companies. Why should you fall for it, do you think?
Andreas: If you are a company planning to raise capital and want concrete tips on how to attract investors, this is a golden opportunity to learn more. We will also have a question and answer session so it’s a good chance to get answers to your questions.
As a leading Nordic life science investment network, we know the common challenges of raising capital. We have experience and expertise in this area and look forward to sharing our insights and tips.
Can you give some examples of what you will address?
Andreas: For example, we will talk about how to best communicate with different investors, such as venture capitalists, business angels and advisors. What information is relevant to them, what attracts and what discourages them? We will explain how to make a good case for the valuation of your company and also talk about shareholder agreements and exit strategies.
The tense world situation is of concern to many. Will you talk about the impact on the investment climate?
Andreas: Yes, we will highlight how the world situation and other things can affect the investment climate and how companies should relate to it.
About the seminar
The seminar will take place on March 28, 2023, at noon. 17.30-19.00 and the address is Helio GT30, Grev Turegatan 30 in Stockholm.
The seminar is exclusive to SwedenBIO members and is offered free of charge, but places are limited.
