On February 8, 2023, SwedenBIO hosted a half-day conference on the topic of pharmaceutical manufacturing in Sweden. In three blocks, invited experts discussed the importance of pharmaceutical manufacturing for Sweden, why Sweden is an attractive country to locate manufacturing in and how the industry can secure skills.

Dialogue forum on clinical trials with the Medical Products Agency
The Dialogue Forum produced a series of four digital lunchtime seminars. The seminars are mainly aimed at smaller pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
The series includes the following seminars:
- Regulatory framework for the authorisation of medicines
- Strategic and practical aspects of drug authorization
- Regulatory framework for clinical trials in humans
- Clinical trials of medical devices
The MDR podcast is a series of interviews produced in 2021 to guide life science companies through the thicket of regulations and identify what they need to know about the new medical device regulation.
It covers which products are affected, such as combination products and software, CE marking, classification, notified bodies, the relationship between MDR and national regulations, and important dates to keep track of.
