– We have developed two solutions that give listed companies a solid foundation for continuous and active communication with the market. In \n Communication due diligence<\/em>\n<\/strong> <\/em> is a current analysis of your company’s valuation compared to the industry index, an analysis of how the stock performs compared to its closest peers, an analysis of the company’s visibility in the media, and a compilation of what institutional and private shareholders say and think about the company. <\/p>\n\n

– In addition, companies need an \n equity story<\/em>\n<\/strong> which is the common thread from which the story of the company is spun. All companies can describe their science, but far from all of them have the ability to explain the likelihood that your company will succeed and the conditions in the market they are targeting. Our 4-perspective model includes messages related to the company, the research, the market and the context. <\/p>\n\n

You work with many listed life science companies. What do these companies have in common?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

– Many companies struggle to describe their business in an understandable way. Often too much room for interpretation of, for example, data or other milestones is left to the recipient, creating misunderstandings and sometimes even trust issues. We believe that companies have an obligation to continuously communicate with their owners beyond regulatory communication by putting the company in a broader context. We help companies move from linear (purely regulatory) to contextual communication (including the context). <\/p>\n\n
