Olivier Duchamp, B.Sc. Mathematics & Physics and MBA, started his career within Life Sciences in 2004 at Lyon Scientific Foundation as Chief Operations Officer for BioVision, the World Life Sciences Forum and BioSquare, the International Life Science Partnering Conference. In 2010 he joins Technology Vision Group as Managing Director for BioPartnering Europe Conferences. Moving in 2012 to SwedenBIO as Managing Director for the Nordic Life Science Days and Vice-President in charge of International Business Development and Promotion. Olivier is also Vice President at Inova Software (One-on-One Partnering) in charge of the Event Solutions.

Nicole Hanzon, M.Sc. Bioentrepreneurship and B.Sc in Biomedicine from Karolinska Institute has held various positions at SwedenBIO, including as Program Director for Nordic Life Science Days. She has previously held project coordinacting roles at Swedish Incubators and Science Parks, at Forska!Sverige and performed her Master Thesis at the communications bureau Narva. After completing a content marketing education at Berghs School of Communication, she took on the role as Communications Manager at SwedenBIO.

Frida Eriksson, B.Sc. International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School, has a background at the Foreign Commercial Office of the US Embassy to Denmark in Copenhagen, and more recently as business developer at the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in San Diego, where she managed the chambers life science focus. Prior to this, Frida pursued a professional career in alpine skiing.

Johanna Rissanen, B.Sc. in nursing from Malmö University, has background working clinically as a nurse within the trauma unit at Karolinska University Hospital. Most recently she comes from an administrative role in a digital marketing company and has now joined SwedenBIO as Project coordinator.

Sebastian Blomstrand’s greatest passion is communication. His love for language has for example led him to a BA in English Literature and to copywriting/content creation. To deepen his knowledge, Sebastian studies communication at Medieinstitutet in Stockholm.
Lars Adlersson has more than 30 years of experience working with strategic and practical communication within the life science-sector, as well as experience in numerous positions including CEO of GlaxoSmithKline’s subsidiaries in Sweden and Austria, CEO of Medivir AB and Financial Analyst at Handelsbanken Capital Markets. Subsequent to his 18 years serving in the board of SwedenBIO, from 2014 as its Chairman, Lars has now taken on the role as Senior Advisor to the CEO. He is also Partner at Adlersson Heath and Board Member of IRLAB Therapeutics. Lars holds a BSc in Economics from Uppsala University, as well as educational training at IFL Executive Education, Duke University, and London Business School.
Chelsea Ranger began as a Hepatology PA, diagnosing / treating patients with acute & chronic digestive and liver disease. After relocating to Oslo, she became General Manager of Norway and Senior Vice President of Commercial & Market Strategy for the Swedish digital health / medical imaging company, AMRA Medical. Today, she is CEO of C. Ranger Consulting, through which she acts as Program Director for NLSDays; Program Committee Co-Chair for NLS Invest; IR / BD Consultant for The Life Science Cluster, Norway; and Director of Clinical Strategy for the Oslo-based mixed-reality / medical imaging startup, HoloCare.
Jonas Ekstrand is a scientist, entrepreneur and life science company executive with a doctorate in medical science from Karolinska Institutet. In the 90’s he worked as a researcher and lecturer at universities in Canada, USA and Sweden. He has 25 years of life science industry experience with operational and strategic roles in big pharma and biotech companies. He was Director General of SwedenBIO from 2012 until fall 2019 and is now serving as Senior/Scientific Advisor on a consultancy basis.
Tom Schlossman is an experienced business lawyer, with broad general qualifications. He is specialized within the life science field, in particular pharmaceutical development processes, including all legal arrangements required for research, clinical development, collaborations- and exit transactions. Previous positions include legal counsel at AstraZeneca AB, general counsel and VP at Medivir AB and legal counsel for several venture cap portfolio companies. Tom has also been a member of the Swedish bar association.
