The purpose of the LIA is primarily to give the student an insight into how the work works at your workplace and is free of charge for the company.
Are you able to host one or two trainees or have questions about what it means? If so, please contact Anna Lundin, Director of Education and Training.

This is the second internship in the program and is a course carried out in a company to allow students to put their theoretical knowledge into practice.
What are the expectations of the company?
- That there is a supervisor who is responsible for the arrangement and is in contact with the training manager according to the points below. Of course, other colleagues can supervise based on what suits your production.
- Before the LIA: Supervisors and the education manager have a shorter training on Teams, 30-45 minutes where, among other things, the course syllabus, supervisor manual, tips on structure, content are discussed if necessary, and the assessment form is reviewed.
- During the LIA: In the middle of the LIA, the student, the supervisor and the education manager have a LIA review together, digitally or on site, with a focus on learning and how the collaboration works.
- After the LIA: The supervisor fills in an assessment form, which, together with an LIA report written by the student, forms the basis for the grade. The trainer grades the report and sometimes the supervisor wants to review it for confidentiality reasons.
