Discount codes – FOR SWEDENBIO MEMBERS ONLY

SwedenBIO members receive 10% off by applying VIP code BES25SwedenBio10 during registration. Delegation discount will work on all registration types except for Young innovator and cannot be applied retroactively.

• SwedenBIO member companies may request a discount code between November 18 and January 9, 2025.
• Members may complete a form to request their personalized unique $200 off discount code for the event. Please find the form link here. This link will become active on November 18.
• The discount code will provide $200 off the Premier Access or General Access price at the prevailing rate at the time they register, for both BIO members and BIO non-members. See 2025 registration prices at convention.bio.org/registration. We encourage delegates to register using their discount code before March 20 to lock in the best registration rate.
• This is a no obligation offer. There is no commitment to register by requesting a discount code via the form above. We encourage member companies to sign up to receive a discount code even if they are uncertain if they will attend. This ensures they lock-in their discount code should they choose to attend.
• Discount codes are unique to each individual requester. Only one code can be requested per person/ email address.
• No requests can be accepted after the January 9, 2025 sign-up deadline.
• Codes will be distributed to individual requesters via email by January 16, 2025.
• Codes may be applied throughout the registration period (January 27 – June 19). However, to receive the highest discount, we highly encourage registration during the Early Bird period which ends on March 20, 2025.
