The delineation and classification of new products presents both challenges and opportunities. There are similar products on the market classified under different regulations. The key to success is to ensure compliance with regulatory and official requirements.
Getting it right from the start saves time and money. The aim of the day is to provide participants with a better understanding of borderline issues for products intended for human use and to bridge the gap between companies’ marketing and regulatory affairs departments. During the day, participants are given the opportunity to discuss and exchange experiences with colleagues and authorities on issues related to classification and application of current regulations.
The course gives 2.5 FOKUS points according to the Swedish Pharmacists’ point system for competence development.
