What is the purpose of the survey?
The survey is conducted as part of the Medtech Innovation Pipeline Report and aims to map and showcase Swedish medtech innovation. By collecting information on companies, technologies, development stages, and market focus, the survey will help create a structured overview of the Swedish medtech landscape. The report is intended to increase the national and international visibility of Swedish medtech innovations, facilitate partnerships, and highlight investment opportunities.
Who should participate?
We invite founders, CEOs, business executives, and other senior representatives from Swedish medtech companies to participate. The survey targets companies engaged in active research and development, with innovative products in their pipeline or in the early stages of commercialization and market entry. The companies should be headquartered in Sweden. Eligible companies include developers of medical devices, in vitro diagnostic, digital health solutions, and other healthcare technologies intended to improve human health. Companies primarily active in laboratory technology, research tools, or non-clinical analytical instruments are not in the scope of this report.
What kind of questions are there?
The survey focuses on innovative medtech products currently in development or recently introduced to the market. Questions cover key aspects of the product pipeline, such as product category, therapeutic area and development stage, as well as a limited number of company-level questions.
Only a limited set of company information will be publicly disclosed in the report, and such information will be clearly identified in the survey. All other company-sensitive information will be treated confidentially and reported only in aggregated form, ensuring that no individual company or response can be identified.
How will the results be used?
The results will be compiled into the Swedish Medtech Innovation Pipeline Report, providing an overview of the diversity and innovation capacity of the Swedish medtech pipeline and the strengths of Sweden’s medtech ecosystem.
