We want you to increase your knowledge of corporate governance and board work. To make them both broader and deeper. We want to equip you to become a more competent member or chairman with the ambition that you will want to contribute more actively to a more professional work in the boards you serve or will serve in. As an owner, you also want to ensure that your corporate governance works as a whole and achieve your future goals more quickly.
The course consists of 16 hours of teaching, divided into four different subject areas under the headings:
– Proper governance
– Proper staffing
– The right direction
– The right way to work
